On April 19, the university, in conjunction with the Shijiazhuang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Talent Development and Exchange Center, and the Municipal Entrepreneurs Association, successfully hosted the 2026 National Joint Recruitment of College Graduates Spring Special Event (Shijiazhuang Station) and the Campus Tour Recruitment for Universities in Shijiazhuang (Hebei Normal University Station) at the Sifang Square of the Yuhua Campus. Yao Zenghui, Director of the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Affairs Center of the Hebei Provincial Department of Education; Meng Xianming, Director of the Shijiazhuang Talent Development and Exchange Center; and Fu Jianjun, Deputy Party Secretary of the university, visited the job fair site to inspect and provide guidance on school-enterprise cooperation and employment services.

Closely aligning with the industrial layout of Hebei Province and the university's disciplinary characteristics, the job fair attracted more than 650 high-quality employers from 14 provinces and cities across the country. The participants included 324 primary and secondary education institutions, 37 central and state-owned enterprises, and over 20 listed companies, along with a gathering of national-level specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises, Gazelle enterprises, and high-tech enterprises. Cumulatively, more than 20,000 job positions were provided, covering popular industries such as education and training, intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, and electronic information. Education system units from Shuangqiao District, Shuangluan District, and Longhua County in Chengde, as well as Shenze County in Shijiazhuang, formed talent recruitment groups to provide stable and high-quality career choices for teacher-training graduates.

Nearly 20,000 graduates from Hebei Normal University's main campus, Huihua College, the Affiliated Minzu College, as well as Hebei University of Science and Technology, Hebei University of Economics and Business, and Shijiazhuang University, attended the job fair to seek employment. Relevant heads and graduation class counselors from various colleges acted as "recommendation officers," going deep into the recruitment site to understand enterprise needs and student application status, and bridging the gap for graduates. According to feedback data from employers, this recruitment fair received 29,507 resumes, with 6,413 preliminary employment intentions reached, and the employer participation satisfaction rate was 97.81%.

To improve service efficiency, a "One-Stop Service Station" was set up at the job fair site, providing graduates with services such as career planning, resume optimization, interview coaching, grassroots employment policy interpretation, conscription consultation, and legal consultation. Shijiazhuang TV and the Shijiazhuang Smart Employment Platform simultaneously conducted live streaming and roving job promotion activities, with 73,600 online participants, providing an online and offline linked job-hunting channel for graduates unable to attend. In addition, the university selected more than 120 Party member volunteers to form a vanguard post for conference affairs, stationed throughout various areas of the venue to be responsible for guidance, consultation, and order maintenance services, ensuring the orderly conduct of the event.

Since the launch of spring recruitment, the university has continuously carried out activities such as visiting enterprises to expand posts, seeking posts through inquiry, and employment guidance, striving to guarantee job supply. The university will continue to fully leverage the main channel role of campus recruitment, continuously focus on key industries, key regions, and key units, and normalize the holding of "small but refined, specialized and excellent" recruitment activities by field and industry. It will constantly broaden job channels, upgrade service efficiency, and escort graduates in achieving high-quality and full employment with more practical measures and better guarantees.
